Delivery and shipping.
Your order will normally leave our warehouse on the working day after you place your order or earlier. For example, if you place your order on Friday night, we will dispatch your parcel from our warehouse on the following Monday.
You can view the status of your order in ‘Recent Orders’ in the ‘My Account’ section. Please allow 1-5 days for delivery after it has left our warehouse. This cut-off time is only a guide, and doesn’t take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, so please remember to order as early as you can.

To us, no order is complete until you are totally satisfied; so don’t worry if you change your mind. You have 14 days after you placed your order to return anything that isn’t quite right. We’ll give you a refund within 7 days. All we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags on so that we can sell them again.
Once we’ve received your returned item(s) you will receive an email confirmation of your return. The amount will be refunded on the account of your original payment method.
We only offer refunds. If you would like to exchange an item then we advise you to return the unwanted item and make a new order for the item(s) or size(s) you prefer.
In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect order or a defective item, please contact us immediately by phone or email. We will take back the item, exchange it against a new one or credit you the purchase price and sales tax.
How to return items.
Follow the next steps to return an item:
– Go to your account page and select your order
– Click on “Return order”
– Select the item(s) you would like to return and press submit
– If possible, please help us save on waste by reusing the original outer packaging, tape it securely and send it to:

Make sure your package has sufficient postage when you return it! Please note that return shipping costs will not be compensated or covered by Wild Hunt.
